Animal Permit Fees

Dogs

Spayed or Neutered $15 per dog
NOT Spayed or Neutered $20 per dog
More than (2) Dogs $50 per dog
There is an additional charge of $10.00
per dog for each month past due.

All dogs over six months of age kept within Town limits must be licensed annually by January 31. A current Rabies Certificate is required. If Town Hall hours do not work with your schedule, you can drop a check with a copy of a rabies certificate in the door and your tags will be mailed to you. If an animal is acquired by any person after the permit due date, the owner has (30) thirty days from acquisition to have the animal fees paid and permitted, before late fees are required. Fees are not prorated and cover the calendar year. 

Online payments are accepted but Licenses are not considered valid, and tags will not be issued, until all fees (including late fees) are paid and proof of rabies vaccination is provided.

Livestock

Chickens $15 for (6) birds
Livestock $10 Per Head
Livestock permit applications are available at Town Hall and are required to be approved by the Town Council.

All licenses shall expire at 12:00 midnight on
December 31st of the year permit aquired.
